    Join the programme

    Sign in to your client area, open "Affiliate programme" and accept the Terms. Your personal link is ready straight away.

  2. Step 02

    Share your link

    You get a ready-made message with the legally required disclosure, buttons for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram and email, and images ready to post.

  3. Step 03

    Earn commissions

    Anyone who arrives through your link and buys within 90 days stays linked to you. You see referred customers, commissions and balance in your client area.

What you earn

A commission that renews with the customer.

You earn 20% of what the customer pays, excluding VAT, for tapphost hosting and subscription services. Not just on the first purchase: on every renewal too, for as long as the service stays active.

How you get paid.

Each commission becomes available 30 days after the customer pays, so refunds stay covered.

Request

Press "Request balance" and choose account credit or bank transfer. We pay within 30 days of the tax document.

Invoice or receipt

Tax

VAT-registered? You issue an invoice. As a private individual doing this occasionally, we prepare the receipt, withhold the required tax and send you the annual certificate.

Always disclose the link

Say clearly that it is an affiliate link, for example with "#ad". The ready-made message does it for you.

No spam

Share with people who know you or ask for advice. No purchased lists, no bulk messages.

No brand bidding

Do not buy search ads on the "tapphost" name, and do not promise prices or discounts that do not exist.

What to know before you join.

Who can join the affiliate programme?
Adult tapphost customers with an active account, individuals or companies. If you are not a customer yet, start a service first.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. No fees, no required purchases, no minimum volume. You can stop whenever you like.
How much do I earn per customer?
20% of what the customers you refer pay, excluding VAT, for hosting and subscription services, on the first invoice and every renewal. Domains, add-ons and upgrades are excluded.
How long does a customer stay linked to me?
For 90 days after they click your link, provided the visitor accepts marketing cookies: without consent the law does not let us remember where they came from. If they use several affiliates’ links, the last one counts.
Do I need a VAT number?
No. As a private individual doing this occasionally, we withhold the tax required on commissions, pay it for you and send you the annual tax certificate. If the activity becomes habitual you need a VAT number: ask your accountant if in doubt.
How and when do I get paid?
Each commission is available 30 days after the customer pays. From a €50 balance choose account credit or bank transfer: we pay within 30 days of the tax document.
Where do I see customers and commissions?
In your client area, on the "Affiliate programme" page: your link, share buttons, referred customers, commissions earned, balance and payout requests.
Does the customer pay more through my link?
No. Price and conditions are the same as for direct purchases.
